What can I purchase from this site?

We sell digital images (clip art). To purchase products made with our images, visit our Etsy shop at missmary.etsy.com.

How do I purchase clip art?

Clip art on this site is sold in three ways. You can purchase single images, collections on CD, or save money with a clip art club subscription.

What methods of payment are accepted?

PayPal is our preferred payment method. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.

Purchases and subscriptions paid via check or money order will require payment to be received and cleared prior to download or delivery.

Can I phone in my order?

In order to keep down costs, we do not process orders over the phone.

What format are the images in?

Downloadable clip art files are high resolution JPEG (.jpg) files; CD-ROM images are in TIFF (.tif) format.

What is the resolution of your images?

Images are 300-600 pixels per inch (ppi). Color images and photographs are 300 ppi, and line art, woodcuts and engravings are typically 600 ppi.

Do you add images on a regular basis?

Yes! New images are uploaded as they are digitized. See "Newest Images" to see the latest images that we have posted.

Where do your images come from?

Our images are derived from our own private collection of rare vintage source materials, such as antique books, postcards, and ephemera.

Do you offer refunds?

Because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will replace our CD-ROM products if defective, damaged or lost.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Miss Mary, LLC images that I download?

Yes. While Miss Mary, LLC offers a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our clip art, or allow the use of our clip art within graphic or digital design resources. Please refer to the complete License Agreement for full details.

Is account sharing allowed?

No, sharing an account is a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) that you agreed upon during sign-up. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues. All activity on this site is monitored and TOS violations may result in suspension or termination of club membership.

I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?

On rare occasions our payment processor (PayPal) may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of a subscription and experience log-in problems using your details, please send a support request for a prompt response.

Now that I'm a member, how to I download images?

After you signup and login, click the button that says "member download" which is located underneath your selected image.
